10月21日,由中购联购物中心发展委员会(Mall China)主办的“中购联中国购物中心国际论坛第十八届年会暨 2020 亚洲购物中心发展合作大会“在成都隆重召开。泉州中骏世界城凭借优秀的业态创新,从激烈角逐中脱颖而出,实力荣获“中购联购物中心行业2020年度业态创新奖”。

国庆双节期间,经过节前潮流餐饮升级的布局,太二、贤合庄等潮流餐饮经营指标完成率均在150%以上,省内业绩皆位列前三。国庆第一天全场业绩突破历史新高,整体客流同比提升8.37%,销售额更比去年同期提升40.16%,成绩喜人。

今年8月,泉州中骏世界城联动商户进行第一场百货化试运行,全场业绩完成率104.75%,同比提升51.89%;9月的第二场百货化活动试运行中,全场业绩完成率109%,销售额同比增幅40%,创新商业模式初见成效。
